A Glimpse of the Pigalle x Nike Air Raid Collaboration

It seems natural for Pigalle to be linking up with Nike because of their basketball infatuation and recent collaborations leading up till this point, which helped the Paris brand extend well over into the U.S. despite their co-sign from A$AP Rocky during his uprising. Recently Pigalle and Nike produced a few t-shirts and a couple of pairs of Air Force 1s, but this time around the collaboration leads them into re-breaking into the classic Nike Air Raid sneaker. Pigalle Paris is known for their simplistic creative ways; therefore it was expected of them to bring that minimal outlook onto this collaboration as well. The sneaker comes in two completely tonal versions. White and bordeaux with both featuring a subtle Pigalle branding on the strap and the heel tab. There is no word on a release date as of yet so stay tuned to Niche for more information regarding the Pigalle and Nike Air Raid collection.

Kanye Drops Nike and Signs with Adidas

For the last couple of months it seemed as though Kanye West has really been working hard to open up eyes of the world we live in today. With the release of his latest album, Yeezus Kanye West spreads wealth by spreading knowledge and empowering everyday citizens who ultimately need to begin to think for themselves instead of allowing companies, marketing, and television to shape their views. Do not compromise your decisions or thinking to how society is trying to shape you into thinking by telling you that you cannot do something.

Along this wild journey for Kanye West and our generation one of the world’s biggest companies to date, Nike has had a fallout with one of the world’s greatest performers and creators. Two different substantial entities not seeing eye to eye can never have a good ending result. And in result of this falling out Kanye West decides to not move forward with Nike and sign with Adidas, which he believes will ultimately help him to become “2 Pac of product.”

Supreme x Nike Flyknit Lunar 1+

supreme-x-nike-flyknit-lunar-1-2

For quite some time now Supreme seems to have been dominating the street-wear wear seen as their demand continues to increase after every release. But many did not see this collaboration with Nike coming at all. This is a big step in the right direction for street-wear and Supreme alone. And with Nike pretty much dominating in every aspects of consumers consuming their products, this could possibly be the biggest collaboration of the year.

With Flyknits being the new focus for Nike it was only right that they extend their expertise down to Supreme. This Flyknit Lunar 1+ sneaker is obviously simple, but obtains many different aspects, which allows this product to jump at you in a way. Subliminally Supreme is a very minimal brand itself, therefore this piece co-exists perfectly between the two powerhouse brands. This sneaker will be available to the public October 3rd.
